Are you a flexible and meticulous person who enjoys varied tasks?

We are looking for 2 positions in our freight administration department.

1 daytime position and 1 shift position.

In this role, you will primarily work with freight handling, which requires you to be structured and quick to absorb new information.

You must be at least 18 years old, have good computer skills, and be able to navigate between different systems easily.

Operations/Tasks

Cargo Center is an air freight company located in the Cargo City freight area at Arlanda. We work with many of the larger players within both of our customer categories, freight forwarders and airlines. For them, we handle both import and export goods from all corners of the world.

Export

Register and verify that all freight documentation is correct so that the goods are safe to be flown or transported by truck.

Manifest and send messages to airlines and freight forwarders according to given deadlines.

Import

Notify recipients, verify that the goods are okay to release, and collect payment from cash customers.

We are looking for someone who is good at collaborating and communicates well with both colleagues and customers to meet established deadlines.

The work can sometimes be stressful, and you should be someone who can perform under tight deadlines.

Working Hours

Shift work: 06:00 - 24:00 every day of the week year-round.

Daytime: 40 hours a week.

We set the following basic requirements for the position:

- Approved three-year high school diploma.

- Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish.

- Fluent in speaking and reading English.

- B driver's license and access to a car – as working hours may sometimes fall outside public transport hours.
